How do I use the cannabis products I've purchased?
Depending on the type of product you've purchased, the best place to start is with our Blog. If you have any unanswered questions while you're in-store making a purchase, please ask your budtender. We want to make sure you have all of the information you need to get the most out of your purchase.
What kind of identification do I need to shop with Canvas?
In order to visit any of our locations and make a purchase, you must be at least 19 years of age and provide valid photo ID as proof. The following forms of ID are acceptable: A Canadian Passport, Ontario Driver’s License with a photo of the person to whom the license is issued, a Canadian Citizenship Card, Canadian Armed Forces ID card, A photo LCBO card, a Secure Indian Status Card issued by the Government of Canada, a Permanent Residential Card issued by the Government of Canada, or a Photo Card issued under the Photo Card Act, 2008.
How much cannabis can I purchase?
You may purchase up to 30 grams of Cannabis at a time.
Can I purchase cannabis online?
Technically yes – you can make a purchase online for delivery or pick-up from one of our stores. Find a store closest to you and place your order online!
